Our products are selected to help both urban and rural gardeners create thriving green spaces.
Are your grow lights suitable for indoor gardening?
Absolutely! Our bamboo grow lights and grow light fixtures are specially designed for indoor gardening. They provide the perfect spectrum for plant growth while complementing your home decor. The bamboo series combines functionality with natural aesthetics.
How should I store seeds when they arrive?
For best results, store unopened seed packets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, seal partially used packets with tape and store in an airtight container. Many gardeners keep seeds in their refrigerator (not freezer) with a silica gel packet to absorb moisture.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal. All transactions are securely processed with encryption to protect your information.
Is there a minimum order amount?
While there’s no minimum to place an order, orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping via EMS. Smaller orders under $50 are charged a $12.95 standard shipping fee.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. Once your order has entered the shipping process, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions due to customs restrictions. Our checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location. If you have specific concerns, feel free to email us before ordering.
How are fragile items like grow lights packaged?
Delicate items receive special protective packaging with cushioning materials and “Fragile” labeling. Our bamboo grow lights are shipped in reinforced boxes with corner protectors. You’ll receive handling instructions via email when your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number and carrier links via email once your order ships. For time-sensitive items like seasonal seeds, we recommend standard shipping for more detailed tracking updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may cover return shipping in these cases.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. You may return the unwanted item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the preferred product. This ensures you receive your new items as quickly as possible.
